Life on a clinical trial
We value our volunteers enormously so we try to do every thing we can to make life during a trial as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Our research centre is situated in 22 acres of Cambridgeshire parkland, with lots of recreational facilities such as pool tables, satellite TV, DVDs, internet access, daily newspapers, magazines and board games.
Most studies will involve overnight stays, but will depend on the specific study schedule. Following discharge from the unit you may be required to come back for short visits. At the end of the study, you will attend a post study medical to ensure you have suffered no ill effects from participation.
