A new medication for the treatment of pain- We require healthy volunteers aged 18 – 55 who smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day.
- Females must be surgically sterilised, post menopausal or had a hysterectomy.

Healthy male volunteers who are aged 18-40 and non smokers. We have places on Grps 3 and 4.
